"Great house. Recently refurbished to an excellent standard and feels brand new. Very well furnished indeed with modern spacious kitchen, comfortable lounge and plenty of bathrooms. Well maintained and looked after by an accommodating landlord. Great location too, <5 mins to Alexandra Park and nice 15/20 min walk over West Hill into Old Town.

"Lived at the Quarry Road house in one of the 1st floor rooms for approximately over 10 months, and am moving out due to moving jobs. The house is very well designed, furnished and maintained; any problems reported to the landlord were always dealt with promptly and effectively. The common areas i.e. kitchen, living room, utility area, bathrooms and toilets had more than enough space for the 6 of us and were comfortable with good quality facilities. My room was of a very good size, with a good quality bed and furniture and consistent warmth in winter. The bills, internet and rent package was very convenient. And I lived with two sets of professional housemates who were all lovely and great to live with. Would highly recommend the accommodation and landlord to any future tenants. "

"19 Quarry Road is a large, spacious house with self contained rooms. The bills are included in the rent, so you don’t have to worry about any other costs. The house is modern and spacious, with a large kitchen and living room. The bathrooms are very well fitted, with 2 large baths. Andrew is a genial and responsive and I enjoyed living in the house."

"Quarry Road is finished to an exceptionally high standard and comfortably accommodates up to 6 tenants. The rooms include high quality furniture, with fast broadband and spacious communal areas. It’s a short walk to Hastings Town Centre, Alexandra Park and the beach. The landlord is easy to contact and quickly resolved the few small issues that arose during my stay."
